About Autumn

Screenshot_2018-05-20-19-17-23_1Autumn’s healing background started in 2004 when she began working in a local chiropractic office in Port Angeles, WA. She quickly became fascinated by the body’s innate ability to produce what most of us would describe as miracles by addressing the needs of the body with whole food nutrition and herbs. Daily, she would assist the doctor in the testing procedure to help identify the patient’s nutritional needs. She was in love with the concept of asking the body what it would like in order to function at optimal level.
It didn’t take her long to discover that her passion was to help heal the body using a holistic approach to health.

In 2008, Autumn co-developed an energetic healing technique designed to communicate with the cells of the body. This technique has become a known healing technique among the holistic community, and is taught to health care providers all over the country.

In 2009 Autumn graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association as a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).

As a Nutritional Therapist, Autumn found that addressing the client’s concerns went far beyond nutritional counseling. She is a firm believer that in order to heal the body, you must focus on the whole being – the physical body, the energetic body, the mental/emotional aspects, and the spiritual realm.

Autumn continues to learn as much as she can about healing the body naturally. She has over 300 hours of continuing education, on top of thousands of hours of research.

“I am passionate about what I do because life is all about self healing, love and connection. My family has been my greatest teacher. I had a troubled youth, I battled with depression, drugs, alcohol, and I had my oldest son when I was 15. My husband is an Iraq veteran turned Reiki Master/Teacher. Our second child has high functioning autism, our third has Kawasaki Disease, and we lost our fourth, our daughter Hope, in the 5th month of my pregnancy. You never know what life has planned for you; but you can fall in love with the magic of the universe and all of the miracles it has to offer. This is why I teach and practice – I just want to share my passion for healing.”
