Best-Ever Gluten Free Muffins

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 C. Coconut milk
1/4 C. Maple Syrup
1/4 C. oil (coconut, MCT oil, butter, ghee, etc.)
2 C. Rice flour
4 tea. Baking powder
1/2 tea. Sea salt
1 C. Berries

Preheat oven to 425. Mix wet ingredients, then add dry. Stir in berries. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
