Avocado Eggs with Nutritional Yeast


These nutrient-dense eggs are great for a quick breakfast or a snack on the go!

Hard-boil 6 eggs. Mix egg yolks with avocado (or guacamole), 1 Tbs. of mustard (optional), 2 Tbs. of nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.

Store in fridge up to 4 days.

For an extra boost to your morning, include a protein shake with SP Complete, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 C. of plain coconut milk yogurt,  1 Tbs. of molasses, 1 tea. MCT oil, and 10 oz. of coconut milk.
